Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we have received a confirmed order and full payment.

European & International Orders

Orders shipped to a European or international address will be shipped from our Cape Town warehouse. There are no taxes or duties charged by S|A|O + Apparel for orders shipping from South Africa, but you may incur import taxes and duties in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Many countries do not charge taxes or duties on items below a certain cost; kindly check with your post office or taxation office for details about taxes or duties on small imports.
